CUSTOM ORDERS
To place an order for a complete custom design, garment, item etc (see services list for options) please send your request in via e-mail to sales@smashgfx.com. Once your request is received and reviewed you will receive a quote with options tailor made for you.
Once the quote & item style have been approved the client will receive an invoice via e-mail for payment for the entire order. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BEFORE THE PROJECT CAN BE COMPLETED. Due to the extremely custom nature of our services, we cannot move forward without it.
After payment is made your request will be processed for completion. For more information on the application processes and timing, please visit the PROCESS INFORMATION page. Digital artwork and website building are decided on a case by case basis. You will receive a quote on timeframe in the initial e-mail correspondence.
The client will receive a detailed digital proof via e-mail BEFORE the custom item/design is finalized. This proof MUST be approved by the client before the project can be completed.
If you are ordering a physical item, please allow 3 business days upon completion for shipping. ALL orders will be shipped using UPS GROUND with tracking provided unless otherwise noted or requested by the client--additional charge may apply. Please note: If the shipping address is a PO Box, USPS will be used for shipping instead.
