PICKUP, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Due to the nature of this type of retail, NO returns or exchanges can be made once your order is placed and in process. ALL items are made to order, completely custom from start to finish for the client. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED DUE TO INCORRECT SIZING. PLEASE VERIFY YOUR SIZE BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER PLEASE SEE SIZING CHARTS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE BEFORE ORDERING.
When your order is ready to ship, shipping will be made within 3 business days ONCE THE ORDER IS COMPLETE and a tracking number will be provided by email. ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA UPS GROUND.
Local orders have the ability to be picked up in-person but this is done on a case by case basis--weather, time and schedule permitted. To inquire about in-person pickup, please send an email with your request.
If there is an issue with shipping or delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org providing as much information as possible so an investigation can be opened. We cannot control shipping delays related to the carrier or COVID-19.
By adding an item to your cart and checking out, you understand and agree to--no exchanges or refunds are given on orders once you have made payment. This includes agreement with the return and shipping policies as well.
In the event that an error is made on the part of SmashGFX, LLC--wrong size, color, print shipped etc. a replacement will be provided at no cost to the buyer.
